Information posted on GSC Classifieds is publicly available. In making the choice to provide us with personal information you are consenting to the transfer and storage of information on our servers, located in Canada. Communications and E-mail Tools:

If you do not wish to receive marketing communications from us, simply indicate your preference in the space provided. If you do not indicate otherwise, it is assumed that you agree to receive these communications. We may automatically scan and manually filter e-mail messages sent via our communication tools for malicious activity or prohibited content; however, we will not permanently store such messages. It is possible to modify or erase most of your personal information by reviewing and modifying your posting or account status page. In order to review or request removal of stored personal information that is not readily available on the Global Solid Care website, it is necessary to sign in using the “login” function. There may be a charge associated with such requests; however, this will not exceed the amounts permitted by law. We delete personal information when we no longer need it for the purposes described above. However, we will retain personal information as permitted by law to resolve disputes and enforce our policies.
